Shipping Policy

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Because some items may ship from different warehouses or suppliers, shipping times can vary by item and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available, but are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: usually 2–10 business days
- International orders: delivery times vary by country and carrier
- Brazil: standard shipping may take up to 29 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. Trendsi states shipping times and rates vary by destination and that shipping charges are based on total order weight.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order details. In some cases, we may offer flat-rate or promotional shipping.
For international orders, shipping costs can vary significantly based on package weight and destination.
International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Brazil Orders
For orders shipped to Brazil, delivery may take longer than domestic orders. Shipping times can extend up to 29 business days depending on the item, carrier, and customs processing. Customers in Brazil are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Trendsi also notes that shipping costs for international orders vary by total order weight.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items ship from different fulfillment locations or when part of an order is ready before the rest.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.
If You purchased Redo package protection, you may file an eligible claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages through the Redo claims portal, subject to Redo’s claim review and eligibility requirements. Redo describes package protection as coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
If package protection was not purchased, we will still review the issue and do our best to help, but resolutions may be limited based on the carrier and supplier policies.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Shipping Changes and Order Cancellations
Because orders are sent to fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need help, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
