Return Policy

At Brazilian Glamour, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because we work with fulfillment partners and dropshipping suppliers, all returns and claims must follow the eligibility rules below.

Return Eligibility for U.S. Orders

We accept returns on eligible items shipped within the United States if the return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery. The 7-day return window begins on the date the order is marked delivered by the carrier. For split shipments, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • with original tags attached
  • in the original packaging
  • in the original clear garment bag with the SKU label attached, when applicable  

Return Coverage

If Return Coverage is purchased and active for your order, eligible items may qualify for an extended return window based on the coverage terms shown at checkout. Coverage settings and display are managed through our return partner, Redo. Redo offers return coverage and return-related protection options through Shopify integrations. 

If Return Coverage is not purchased, the standard 7-day return policy applies.

International Orders

At this time, orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for standard returns, including orders shipped to Brazil. If your international order arrives with a product quality issue, damage, defect, or the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can review it with our supplier. 

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • bodysuits
  • swimwear
  • lingerie or intimate items
  • jewelry
  • beauty products
  • face masks
  • open-pack wholesale items
  • gift cards
  • any item marked final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at brazilianglamourofficial@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with the supplier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

For approved standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or there was a fulfillment error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for a different item. Trendsi does not accept exchanges of any kind. 

Restocking / Refused Returns

Items that do not meet the return requirements may be refused or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise required by the return coverage or claim resolution used for your order. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Shipping Claims / Package Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and you purchased eligible protection or coverage offered through our store, your issue may qualify for a claim through our protection partner. Coverage does not make normally non-returnable items returnable, and all claims remain subject to review and approval.

To request a return or report an issue, email us at brazilianglamourofficial@gmail.com with your:

  • full name
  • order number
  • item(s) requested for return
  • reason for the request
  • photos, if applicable

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time to reflect changes in supplier, carrier, or store operations.
