Returns & Refund Policy
At Brazilian Glamour, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Standard Return Policy (Without Return Coverage)
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging, including the clear garment packaging with the SKU label attached.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date based on the tracking information. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or there was a fulfillment error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Extended Returns with Return Coverage (Redo)
At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Return Coverage, which allows for an extended 30-day return window.
If Return Coverage is selected at checkout, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns under this option are processed through our return partner, and return shipping costs may be covered depending on the selected coverage.
If Return Coverage is not selected at checkout, the standard 7-day return policy will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Lingerie or intimate items
• Jewelry
• Beauty products
• Face masks
• Open-pack wholesale items
• Any item marked as final sale
Additional Information
• Brazilian Glamour currently accepts returns only for orders shipped within the United States.
• Items that do not meet return requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
• We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for a different item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
